Mediterranean Mezze Platter
I love the look of this platter as much as I love the taste!!
*In the center of a plate, put a large scoop of hummus. I prefer lemon hummus for this dish, but any kind will do.
*Surrounding the hummus, each item by itself, place
a heaping scoop of tabbouleh, Greek olives, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, scoop of baba ghanoush, herbed tofu vegan feta in cubes and plenty of pita chips for dipping!
*I buy all of these items at my local farmers market, because as I have mentioned, I can be pretty lazy in the kitchen 🙂
